Company

We're a Series-A stage startup working on building the marketplace for outdoor advertising.
On the demand-side, we're building a consumer-grade, data-driven platform to buy outdoor ads, and an advanced analytics suite to actually measure the impact of these campaigns.
On the supply-side, we're building inventory management tools and giving them away for free to make inventory searchable in real-time.
We're looking for high-impact, high-ownership folks who can help us bring outdoor advertising into the 21st century.

Role

This role is cross-functional, high ownership and leadership, and requires ample versatility. It's some combination of General Manager, Head of Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff and more

This person will handle, proactively and reactively, the biggest opportunities and challenges at the company:

Various strategic initiatives Internal operations efficiency Corporate Development Manage FP&A Co-develop, monitor, and improve company KPIs Investor relations Internal and external Product input and prioritization Who you'll work with:

You'll interface with most areas of the company and work closely with the co-founders and team leads to ICs

About you

Startup experience
Experience managing teams
5+ years of B2B sales experience
AdTech/Media sales knowledge
Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
Proficiency with Sales CRM tools
